There’s strength in numbers and the more people you work with, the more groups or organizations you can bind to what you’re trying to accomplish, the more strength and power and leverage you have to get stuff done. To me that’s the first step: identify people and organizations who are likely allies who can bring some muscle to bear on the problem.”
Background
Scott Surovell is a Virginia State Senator representing the 36th District. One of his primary objectives as a legislator is preserving the environment for future generations. To achieve this, he has sponsored and organized the Little Hunting Creek Clean Up for several years and is a member of the State Water Commission.
