Karlee Jewell

Bio/Background

Karlee Jewell is a conservation biologist at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and a former Conservation and Restoration Project Manager at Northcoast Regional Land Trust, where she was responsible for the development and management of land conservation and restoration projects. She also oversees the environmental education program to engage K-12 students with land restoration and wildlife protection. 

"One of the things I would like to share is just how powerful community partnerships could be, especially when you recognize that all of these organizations in your local community are already doing amazing work, and you don't need to repeat the work they're doing, but you can uplift and amplify that work, supporting it in ways that are meaningful for all."
